Lia Randazzo, MPH

Lia Randazzo, MPH, is the Leadership Programs Supervisor at the PHI Center for Health Leadership & Impact (CHLI) where she provides programmatic support to the Leadership Academy for the Public’s Health (LAPH) programs. She currently manages the rollout of program curriculum, coordinates the recruitment and onboarding of each new cohort, supports continuous quality improvement efforts around program curriculum and delivery, and facilitates communication to the members of CHLI’s leadership programs and alumni networks.

Prior to joining CHLI, Lia worked as a qualitative research assistant on a NIH-funded project investigating provider-patient relationships as they relate to confidential adolescent sexual health services. She has also worked for Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara, California in the Chronic Conditions Management program. Lia received her Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in the Population and Family Health Department with a certificate in Social Determinants of Health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology & Geography from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Outside of work, Lia enjoys cooking, traveling, reading fantasy and science-fiction novels, coaching track and field, exploring outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends.
