November 14, 2018
12:00 - 1:30 pm PST / 3:00 - 4:30 pm EST

This National Learning & Action Network (LAN) event will include a panel of leading immunization experts and researchers who will discuss their research findings, which we can use to support patients’ and health care workers’ decision-making about immunizations. The Preferred Cognitive Styles and Decision-Making Model recognizes that people use different cognitive styles to make decisions, and if we understand different “thinking” strategies, we can influence how they process and react to information. Actionable tips will be shared to help providers, partners, and QIN-QIOs promote improved immunization rates. This event will also be framed by a patient perspective shared through personal story.
